2026 Rates:
- $59/night, $69/night and three night minimum for holiday weekends (Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day) plus credit card fee of 3% & Service Booking Fee.
- $2,700 – $3,200/season

- Monthly/prorated rates available
- 100% deposit required to reserve a site. No refunds unless cancelled fourteen (14) days prior to the booked lodging date. ALL refunds are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee.

- Every effort is made to accommodate a specific site request, however, a reservation for a specific site is not guaranteed.
